By accessing or using Pomodoro Club ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and we will notify you of any material changes.

2. Description of Service

Pomodoro Club is a focus and productivity application that provides:

Pomodoro timer functionality for structured work sessions
Curated focus music designed to enhance concentration
Streak tracking to encourage consistent productivity habits
Analytics and insights about your focus patterns
Task management features
Optional Spotify integration for music playback during focus sessions
Optional Google Calendar integration to view your schedule alongside tasks

3. User Accounts

To use Pomodoro Club, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Third-Party Integrations

Pomodoro Club offers optional integrations with third-party services including Spotify and Google Calendar. By connecting these services, you:

Authorize Pomodoro Club to access your data on those services as described in our Privacy Policy
Acknowledge that your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies
Understand that you may disconnect these integrations at any time from your Settings page
Accept that third-party service availability is outside our control and we are not liable for interruptions to those services

We access only the minimum data necessary to provide the integration features. Spotify integration is limited to playback control during focus sessions. Google Calendar integration is limited to read-only access to your calendar events.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
Use automated systems to access the Service without our consent
Abuse third-party integrations or exceed the scope of authorized access

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Pomodoro Club and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The music provided through the Service is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only during focus sessions.

7. User Data

You retain ownership of any data you provide to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use this data to provide and improve the Service. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages arising from third-party integration failures or data synchronization issues.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease and all connected third-party integrations will be disconnected.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pomodoro Club operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
